Your users no longer have to find your feedback board to tell you something. Drop the widget into your product and they describe the problem right where they hit it, in their own words β€” no board to choose, no title to write, no page to leave.

Available on hosted and self-hosted FeedLog. Self-hosted instances need an AI provider configured; everything else works out of the box.

Every message ends as exactly one of three outcomes. The AI reads it and decides:

  • Feedback β€” It writes a one-line title, restates the message in the user's own words, picks the best-matching board from your board names and descriptions, and publishes right away. The user gets a card with the title, board, status and a link; you get a post under their name, with them subscribed to your replies.
  • Support β€” "I was double charged" should never land on a public board. Handoff rules send account-specific requests to your support email instead, and nothing gets posted. Three are built in β€” billing, account access, privacy and legal β€” and you can add your own in plain English, such as the user asks about enterprise contracts.
  • Unrecognized β€” When a message is too vague or off-topic to act on, the assistant asks for a clearer description instead of filing noise you'd have to clean up later.

Support is evaluated first, so a refund request never slips onto the public board as feedback.

Settings β†’ Widget holds the enable switch, your support email and the handoff rules β€” it's on by default.
